Ingredients

  • 1 Quart Apple Juice
  • 1 Whole Nutmeg - crushed with knife
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • Peel of 1 orange

Directions

  1. Set Nomiku water bath to 50°C (122°F). Put all ingredients into a zip bag and seal using the water displacement method. Sous vide for 2 hours.
  2. Remove from water bath, strain, and store in a large bottle in the fridge. Lasts up to a month in the fridge or one year frozen.
