Ingredients

  • 1lb bunch of asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sprig of fresh oregano
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon

Sorry, can't say something nice about this recipe. My second generation Nomiku can't seem to get the temperature to 90 degrees in a reasonable amount of time.

Introduction

Super bright and healthy asparagus side dish. Done in just 10 minutes!

Directions

  1. Set up Nomiku according to manufacturer’s instructions and set temp to 90°C (194°F).
  2. Wash and peel the asparagus’ shaft. Seal in bag with butter, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook in water bath for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from bag and season with lemon juice. Top with lemon zest.
