Ingredients

  • 1 rack of pork ribs (2-3 lbs)
  • seasoning/sauces desired, taking care not to salt until after the cook
  • salt to taste

@Jose, the recommended sous vide time for these ribs is 48 hours minimum, 72 hours maximum.

I lke the idea of adding sauce, but when I do so, the vacuum sealer doesn't wrk well, because the liquid is sucked into the seal. How do you do it?

Directions

  1. Set up the Nomiku and set to 57°C (134.6°F).
  2. Portion the ribs so that it fits into the vessel. Vacuum seal with desired seasoning and/or sauces. Sous vide for 48 to 72 hours.
  3. Remove from bag and pat dry. Salt to taste and broil for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, brush with seasoning and/or sauce. Serve immediately.
