Directions

  1. Places a few meatballs in a number of sous vide approved bags.
  2. Place the bags in a water bath of 67C/153F
  3. Cook for 1.5 hours
  4. When they are done, if you like a seared outside you can torch or simply drop in a pan with some olive oil until it is browned to your liking. My kids like the outside soft, so I leave as is.
