  • 4 Frozen, individually sealed fillets of tilapia from your local grocer, or Costco
  • 8 of those tiny tortillas, we find flower work best, but we ain't got no beef with corn
  • 1.5 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup tarter sauce (see below)
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 2 TBS cajun seasoning

Tartar Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS yellow mustard
  • 2 TBS sweet relish
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 2 dashes Sriracha sause

  1. Place tilapia fillets still frozen and in original individual packaging in immersion oven for at least 25 minutes (up to 40).
  2. While waiting, prepare tater sauce (see below), shred cabbage, and heat butter in large frying pan.

  4. Prepare tortillas with tarter sauce, and cabbage. Chunk fillets into tortilla until full and garnish with pico de gallo.

Tartar Sauce

  1. Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
