  • 1 cod fish fillet 400gr

Directions

Main directions

  1. Place The bag into The bath before pre heated. Keep 2 hours then finish sealing The fillet on frying pan or in a hot oven for 4 minutes

Sides

  1. Put all ingredients inside a baking tin, add some salt and black pepper on The top and drizzle With Olive Oil, then bake for 45minutes in a 200*C oven.
