Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g - cottage cheese or cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl.
  2. Weigh out 200 g of either the cottage cheese or cream cheese.
  3. Use an emersion blender to mix cheese and eggs. Season with salt.
  4. Pour into 4 (4oz) mason jars.
  5. Screw on lids and Sous Vide at 185 F for 25 minutes.
  6. Other options for cheese: ricotta, goat cheese, cream, or any combination adding up to 200g.
