Ingredients

  • Jb's fat boy sweet rub
  • 1 rack spare ribs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons mustard or creamy horshradish

Directions

  1. First prep ribs by removing membrane. Then cut rack in half to fit in sous vide bags.
  2. Spread mustard on both halves. Then cover both sides of the ribs with dry rub.
  3. Place in sous vide bag remove air and let sit for 4-12 hours.
  4. Place ribs in bath at 165 f for 12 hours.
  5. Remove from bath place on broiler pan dust with some more the dry rub or favorite bbq sauce. Place in oven at 300 f for 40 mins.
  6. Enjoy!
