Any mustard dry run should work fine. Chubbs is a mix of sea salt, honey, garlic, and mustard.

Directions

  1. Lightly cover both breasts with Honey followed by dusting in the Rub. Place Chicken breasts in own bags with 1tbs butter. Keeping breast tight at bottom.
  2. Use vac sealer then roll tightly. After rolling i tied mine with some cooking twine. The rolling will help with searing later.
  3. Place in bath for 1.5 hours for 149f
  4. Mix all sauce ingredients together and set to side
  5. When ready heat up 2 tbs butter. Place in pan and sear. About 1 min each side.
  6. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Place breasts down and brush on sauce. Place in oven at 425 for 4-5 mins.
  7. And serve with favorite sides.
