Ingredients

  • Pinch of pepper and salt
  • 1lb ~ Boneless Beef Ribeye Steak
  • Thyme

Directions

  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and thyme. Optional to leave the seasoning on for 1 hour to 3 days.
  2. Place the meat in a vacuum seal or a ziplock. Preheat the water to 50C. Once ready, submerge the meat.
  3. After a hour, take the meat out. You are ready for some searing on the pan or use torch.
  4. Sear 3 to 5 mins on each side for pan searing with 1 tsp of olive oil.
  5. It is now ready to be enjoyed with other side dishes! Bon appetite 👩‍🍳
  6. Side note: oven baked grapes and tomatoes goes well with steak.
