Directions

  1. Season the Rack
  2. Vacuum it
  3. Souvid Vide Cook It
  4. Remove the meat from the bag and dry it
  5. Prepare a frying Pan and heat some Oil to 190 C
  6. Fry the meat on each side for about 30 seconds to give it a nice finish and taste
  7. Slice and enjoy!
