Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup natural pasta sauce (Rao's Homemade Marinara has no added sugar and is low on carbs)
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  1. Clean chicken breasts and season both sides with Italian seasoning and oregano
  2. Vacuum seal chicken in bags
  3. Once water bath is to temperature cook for 2 hours
  4. When there are 15 minutes left on the chicken, heat pasta sauce over low heat in a saucepan
  5. Line a pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray
  6. When chicken is done, remove from bags and put on pan. Spread 1/4 of the pasta sauce on each breast.
  7. Place 2 slices of mozzarella on each breast, then top with Parmesan.
  8. Heat under broiler for 3-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve.
