Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, Reduced Sodium if possible
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Miso
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon each, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder
  • 1 -2 teaspoons of chili paste with fermented soy bean optional
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
  • 1 Tri-Tip roast about 3 pounds

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together.
  2. Rub marinade into tri-tip.
  3. Seal tri-tip and all the marinade in a bag.
  4. Sous-Vide for 4 hours at 135°F.
  5. Grill briefly on all sides. Slice and serve.
  6. The meat will be tender as filet mignon.
