Set the sous vide to 54C

Remove the salmon fillets and pat dry

Place the salmon fillets in to the zipper bag

Drop the bag into the water bath

After 20mins, take the fillets out of the water. Place them on the pan with olive oil. Sear both side 30 seconds each until golden. Place on the plates.

Wash and dice bell pepper and broccoli. Stir fry on pan wth soy sauce for 5-10mins. Serve with salmon! Enjoy
