  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

BBQ Sauce (Sweet and Spicy)

  • 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch

Main directions

  1. Salt and Pepper the chicken wings to your taste. Place wings in a single layer and vacuum seal the bag. Cook the wings at 140 degrees for 45 min.
  2. Pat dry and grill. Baste with your favorite BBQ Sauce or the one below.

BBQ Sauce

  1. Place all ingredients in a small pot. Simmer and reduce for at least 15 min.
