Directions

Set up Nomiku according to manufacturer’s instructions and turn temperature to 58°C.

Combine pear, raw sugar, and vanilla bean into a zip bag, seal, and cook for 2.5 hours to infuse.

Empty contents of bag into blender and puree until smooth. Put one tablespoon into a flute and fill with bubbly!
