A great and simple recipe from one of our community members, Tom! He recommends buying in bulk, like from Costco for a four-pack of pork roasts that weigh about two pounds each.

Directions

  1. Set water bath to 58°C
  2. Set your roast in the water bath when it has reached temperature and sous vide for four hours
  3. Quickly sear the roast. Eat immediately either diced or sliced for sandwiches.
