Ingredients

  • 1 lbs pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon
  • 1 tablespoon malt syurp
  • 1/2 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Introduction

Directions

  1. Pre heat water bath 85°
  2. In bowl mix all your ingredients together until combined
  3. Transfer mixture into Ziploc bag
  4. Submerge and close bag using displacement method
  5. Sousvide mixture for 2 hours
  6. Remove bag from bath then transfer mixture into blender bowl
  7. Blend on high until smooth
