Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup vodka
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Gently mash raspberries and sugar together in plastic bag
  2. Cut zest of lime and orange into small pieces and add to bag
  3. Juice lime and orange and add to vodka
  4. Add vodka to bag and mix together gently
  5. Place bag in 57C sous vide water bath for 2 hours
  6. Stir ingredients 1 hour into sous vide process
  7. Strain and cool before serving
  8. Serve with ice and soda water
