Ingredients

  • 1-1.3 lb Denver cut steak
  • Your favorite salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Maggi's seasoning sauce

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper steak to your preference
  2. Place in cooking bag and shake a few dashes of seasoning sauce in there.
  3. Seal and place in preheated water bath for about 2 hours at 55C for medium rare
  4. After the sous vide cook, pat dry and Place into a hot cast iron with a knob of butter or favorite cooking fat.
  5. Rest and slice. Enjoy
