Flank Steak (This one was from Trader Joe's)

Seasoning of your liking (I used simple store bought steak seasoning)

Butter (For pan searing)

Introduction
Very simple and minimal recipe for flank steak. Very easy, and very little effort.
Directions

After seasoning your flank steak, place in a zip-seal bag, and use the water displacement method when placing in a 133F water bath.

After the 1.5 hours in the water bath, take the flank steak out of the bag, and pan sear the steak for 2 minutes of each side. I used a little butter and olive oil in the pan with the steak.

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes.

Cut the steak into strips.

Serve on top of sautéed vegetables.
