Quick Dinner using Santa Barabara Mango & Peach Salsa

Directions

  1. Place Tilapia and Salsa into Sous Vide bag.
  2. Using either vacuum or water displacement method, place in 60C water for at least 25 min.
  3. Sear/broil each side of the Tilapia
  4. Serve with steamed vegetable's or over white rice using all the juices and the salsa fruit.
