  • Meatballs approximately the size of a large egg. I purchase mine at my local grocer pre-made and ready to cook

Directions

  1. After vac sealing your meatballs simply put them into the sous vide for an hour and a half at 76°C.
  2. Once they’re cooked take them out of the sous vide and pour the juice and the meatballs into the pot that includes your sauce.
  3. Let the meatballs and the juice cook with the sauce for approximately five minutes.
  4. Enjoy with noodles or whatever you choose to pair with.
