Introduction

Steak over a bed of baby romaine.

Directions

  1. Heat water bath to 54 C
  2. Place T-bone steak in sous vide approved bag, and add seasoning/rosemary as you'd like
  3. Place in water bath for 3.5 hours
  4. After 3.5 hours, take out of water bath and bag, and pat dry
  5. Sear each side for 2 min
