Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 1 Large Ginger Root Sliced
  • 1 Oz. Whiskey
  • Sparkling Water
  • Lime for Garnish

Directions

  1. Set Nomiku waterbath to 58°C (136.4°F).
  2. Combine water, sugar, and ginger in zip bag and seal using the water displacement method. Cook in water bath for 2.5 hours to infuse.
  3. Serve by combining 2 tablespoons of ginger infusion with 1 oz whiskey and ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass with ice and top with a splash of sparking water. Granish with lime if desired.
